I began screen printing in 1994 at the Ontario Collage of Art and Design and I printed my own women’s clothing line until about 1999.
In 2005 I had my first child – a little girl. While on mat leave I decided to pull out some of my old screens and print a few dresses for her for the summer. They were a hit with her, my friends and strangers at the park. That is how the whole thing started and now my girl’s collection has expanded to include apron dresses, tanks, yoga pants and hoodies.
While I was pregnant I began to take yoga classes which continued into ‘mom and baby’ classes and now ashtanga classes. The comfort of yoga wear has greatly influenced all my designs and my little girl loves wearing all the pieces for both their comfort and the bright and funky colours! Our girl’s line includes hoodies, dresses, tanks and yoga pants. All are made with 100% soft cotton. Available in white fabric only.
