Terms and Conditions

Monkey Business is a small Toronto run business. The business owner, Tobie accepts personal cheques or credit card numbers over the phone. Firstly, your invoice will be sent to you by email and if you wish to pay by cheque I will wait until the cheque has been received and then promptly mail out your items to you. If you are paying by credit card, I accept Visa and Mastercard. For safety purposes I only accept credit card numbers over the phone, please do not email your credit card number. I will then process your payment with the bank by phone and ship out your items promptly. You can expect your package to arrive in the mail within a week. Prices on the website and on your invoice are quoted in Canadian dollars. Monkey Business ships all items from Toronto, Ontario. Items shipped within Ontario and all over Canada are subject to GST (6%). Children’s clothing items are PST exempt in Ontario. Items shipped to the USA are not subject to either GST or PST.

Shipping

Once we have received your order we promise to ship as soon as possible. If for any reason it is not possible, you will be contacted immediately to let you know. Monkey Business ships to Canada and the United States only. We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. Shipping fees are calculated and added to your total invoice. We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage or other extra costs that might be associated with shipping to the US.

EXCHANGES

We always want you to be happy with your purchases from Monkey Business Clothing inc. We believe in quality and won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them or offer a credit note.

or call us at 416-788-8624, letting us know that you intend to return the goods for a credit or exchange. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition and returned to Monkey Business within 14 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Monkey Business does NOT refund or cover shipping charges on exchanged goods. We will refuse COD shipping of returns.

All refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
